Toying with Ideas!!!

I like putting things where they don't belong, for fun's sake, experimenting. That is the process right? To see what comes out at the end?

Did this for a client, who happens to be a close friend. Not to take any attention away from him but looking at the background... It was an idea from another close friend who happens to have the same name as me:). I dig those half images on the background... A car that looks as though it's vanishing into nowhere or, another dimension if you will. And this is the case with every little image on the background. So it gave me an idea... What I'd call, The Incomplete Collection.

I like my page dirty... Bodiless face emerging from space.

So I did a rough sketch, though it's really rough hahaha. I wanted to test this Incomplete idea I have. And yes I realise that I have to work twice as hard to be half as good as Zapiro, so you don't have mind the mess on my pages:). You'll be seing more from the Incomplete collection

Mom and Son. So much love it runth over. Beautiful!!!

Now I was never one who wannet to rush having a baby. It's so much responsibility you know. When the baby, is sick, the stress... When they want this or that and you're not able to get that thing for them, the pain...

I was like, if I'm to have a child, I must 1st be a Millionaire... Lol, or somewhere close. But then I saw this:-)

Not often do I see so much love between mom and son. I know, there're a lot of mother's who love and take extra for their kids, but there's also so many kid who don't get feel that love. Orphans, streets kids, maybe your mother gave you up for adoption, whatever the hell the case may be.

Everytime I look at Lihle's picture with her baby boy, I can actually feel the love between them. The way she hold him, the way she squeezes him, and the way she so filled with joy around her son. Makes me feel like I'm ready to have one myself... With a woman that'll love my kid in that manner, or a maybe just a little more.

But enough about me... This post I wrote 'specially as a dedication to my friend Lihle, and all mothers like her man. Big up... You make me real proud with your loving and caring nature. God Bless you:-)

Working With Wire: The Wire King

So this is the guy I went to school with... From 1st grade primary all the way to matric. KB, Kabelo the Wire King... Well I admit, King is his birth name, it's not about his talent to bend wire in amazing ways to cre-art those eye catching prototypes.

From kid goodies like bicycles, cars, and more, to those pretty you can use for decoration in the house like, stands( fruit and Verge, pots), to laundry baskets to this amazing tree you see on this post. And it's all wire, and some times iron plates. But this guy a genius with wire.

And for that reason, we call him in my hood, The Wire King
