All healed and clear

An example of a perfectly healed tattoo. 

I know how much of an issue it is that our tattoo heal the best way in order to retain their color and neatness.

This is the goal of every tattoo lover who gets a tattoo.

It's to not lose any color, ink, and to achieve the neat and professional look you get when you 1st get the ink into your skin. Unfortunately most us get it wrong.

I have done so many tattoo, most of them didn't quite meet my expectations when they are all heal. One reason is clients who think substitute s can give you the same result as investing in products that really work for proper after care of a new tattoo. Second reason, we just didn't know how beat to care for our new tattoos... Even I as your artist.

But after quite and extensive research and experimenting, I found a method that works perfectly. So no one has an excuse now, why their new tattoos shouldn't look neat, bright and professional after they've healed.

Well it's pretty easy to achieve this. One word and one advice... Bepanthen. And whatever you do, stay clear off water, new tattoos hate it. Bepanthen a couple of times a day, is all you need really.

Blossom Like a Flower

I feel like, this is it.

I've been doing this for several years now an, I don't need to explain my situation.

My work speaks for itself, my hand speaks for itself.

I've come a long way with this.

 2 3 years ago, even this very last year, there were countless times when I felt like giving it all up.
Fortunately, I had the support of my mother, who encouraged me to keep pressing on.
She would always say, embrace these hard times for they strengthen you.
I didn't see it then but I sure do now.

The mother of my daughter, and the love of my life whose also an artist, kept me reminded for the past two years and some months, of just how much I believe in the arts.
And my daughter herself, who for the last years has taught me the importance of shuffling through.

It would a big mistake if I could forget about my friends and few locals who became regulars here.
They brought their flesh to me and told me I did like no other ema16, even I knew I had several levels to ascend before I could be all that.
They believed in me.

I have to say, This right here feels like another ascension and I have thank you all.

None of it would have unfolded like had it not been for each and everyone of you.

Fooling Around

By all means I'm not even supposed to be doing this in this hour
If only the GDE knew, I could very well not wake up with any intention to punch in at the office tomorrow.

But I can't help any of it, I love to draw

So this is what i got up to during my lazy hour today

More like practice. Haven't been drawing in a while since I've been on this ESSP position

And to my suprise, I figure I still got some of it right?
I know I can't have it all but I haven't gotten that rusty either.

But I admit I could be so much better, had I only been drawing all this time. But it's alright. Somethings we want to do and some we got to do.

Work in Progess

Wow. Some of my best work. I'm as excited to right about it as I was drawing this piece.

It had been a long time not drawing when I made this and for some reason I just felt like flowing with the pencil. Intuitive drawing, some would call it.

I thought to myself, why not draw something I not only see, but also think about all the time.

And there she was at the entrance memory bank.

I tell you nothing and no one occupies your mind more than the one you love.

Refiloe Sesi Masimini. She calls herseld The Royale Dimple, The call her Relo. But She is simply put, the woman of my dreams. who lives in my reality, which is crazy given the sound of that.

She was around when I drew this but had no idea I was drawing this. Only when I was almost done did she spot it and seeing her reaction, I knew I had killed it.

They say pictures are worth a thousand words but her response to this drawing alone could match that, if it were a contest.

I wonder if I'll surpass this next time I make a drawing of her, but that is the aim. To get better with every piece.

Ben is All for Peace

Have I got an interesting one right here.

Allow me to introduce to you, Ben. The son of Flu I never knew about. 

How crazy is that huh. I mean if what are the odds?

So a few weeks back I met this girl who got a tattoo from me, and she's the link in all of this. A few days letter I get a text from Ben saying he wants a tattoo, and that he heard of me from Kittie, the girl I just mentioned. We are agree on a date for a session, Ben and I and on today he shows up on my doorstep.

We reintroduced ourselves to one another and ofcourse he explained to me that he is Flu's son. I was so surprised. I never thought in a million years that a father and son could have their tattoo artist be me.

This was Ben's 1st time, he wanted something small to test the pain. So he got his name and the peace symbol.

He's already talking about another design. Guess we'll be seeing him soon

Flu's Fixing Work.

After a long time we've been talking about it, me and Flu, he has come to get his old tats fixed. I've been tattooing Flu for a while now. He saw the tattoo I did to Finkie , my 1st official tattoo, and the rest was history.

The before and after of the tattoo we were Fixing today

It was a little tricky doing this. For one, the guy who 1st did this tat put the tribal pieces to close to one another.

Secondly, this guy shading... So covering was a milestone. But all in all I enjoyed the session. It's always one to remember with Flu.

He only wanted the line work fixed, cos it was the most obvious element that gave the beauty of this tattoo away. Hopefully he finds a reason to put some love and the color as well soon.
